Form Instructions:
If you used ”Go Shopping” or “Get Cashback” Toolbar button to initiate and complete an online purchase please complete the top section. (Amazon Shoppers, please use the form below, if you also purchased Gift Certificates)
Please indicate which Toolbar you used to access your retailer for the purchase you made.
Please tell us which retailer you purchased from and the amount (not including tax, shipping, etc.).
Then choose to complete either the second or third sections, to let us know where you want the referral fees to go.
It generally takes 4-6 weeks for confirmation of your eligible shopping activities to be made and for the contributions to be credited to the accounts that you have selected.
Most often, however, we will credit your account well in advance of that time. Regular users of our service will typically have their accounts credited on the same day as their item is shipped.
If you are reporting eBay purchases, please complete only the Charity section of the form. By their program terms, direct compensation to individuals is not permitted.
** Rebates are made on eligible purchases, as defined by participating retailers and are made on the purchase price of items, not including sales tax, shipping costs or insurance.
Prior purchases, or purchases made without using our text or banner links are not eligible. All purchases must be confirmed by retailers in their daily reports to us.
Payment will be made to your PayPal or AlertPay account within 4-6 weeks of verification of your purchases. Usually, however, much sooner.
Items that are returned for refunds will not receive rebates.
Some items, such as computers have capped rebates and are not based on purchase price. Additionally, other than Amazon.com Gift Cards, no other Gift Card Purchases, such as from “Target Stores” are eligible for rebates
Some items, such as Amazon Kindle and shoes from Endless.com may have higher rebates.
Your account may receive a bonus credit at the end of the month if our sales exceed retailer thresholds.
All transactions must be completed using the links found either in the Toolbar “Go Shopping” button or in the Shopping Directory page.
