Rebates are made on eligible purchases, as defined by participating retailers and are made on the purchase price of items, not including sales tax, shipping costs or insurance;

Prior purchases, or purchases made without using Trafficocity’s text, Toolbar or banner links are not eligible. All purchases must be confirmed by retailers in their daily reports to us;

Items that are returned for refunds will not receive rebates. If a rebate has been paid and an item is returned, Cashback rewards will be debited from future shopping earnings;

Some items, such as computers have capped rebates and are not based on purchase price. Additionally, other than Amazon Gift Cards, no other Gift Card Purchases, such as from “Target Stores” are eligible for rebates;

All transactions must be completed using the links found either in the Toolbar “Go Shopping” or “Cashback Shopping” buttons or in the Shopping Directory page.

Retailers reserve the right to discontinue their referral fee payment programs or to change the terms of those programs without notice;

Please, no gratuitous clicking on Ads or sponsored Search results to generate invalid ad revenue;

You will receive monthly Ad Share Revenue only if you had eligible purchases in the previous month. Such distributions will be made on a pro-rata basis;

Payment will be made to your PayPal or AlertPay account within 4-6 weeks of verification of your purchases. Usually, however, much sooner; and
